Together, McLean House and Vaughan Estate offer 17 meeting rooms of various shapes and sizes, accommodating groups from as few as six to as many as 150. We are easily accessible from downtown and out of town, and ample free parking is available on site.

Your meeting delegates will be comfortable and productive at The Estates of Sunnybrook. All of our meeting rooms have windows, to let in natural lighting, and are furnished in an elegant, residential style. Smaller rooms are graced with formal permanent boardroom tables, and comfortable leather or upholstered armchairs.

A standard range of audio-visual equipment is available to enhance the productivity of your meeting, and additional requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in every meeting room.

Coffee breaks and meals offer your delegates a chance to take in some fresh air on our extensive grounds. Some rooms offer private patios, which can be used for informal meals or breaks.
